This tutorial was written by me on 12/30/11.

Supplies:
1) Tube of Choice. I'm using one called "Jenia" by Elias Chatzoudis. This is a PTU tube, which can be purchased at PTE.
2) Scrapkit of Choice. I'm using the PTU kit Totally Zirconia by Alikas Scraps available at SATC.
3) Mask of choice. I used WeeScotsLass Mask 302, available here.
4) Goddess Template by Dee at Dee's Sign Depot, here.
5) Font of Choice

Plugins:
1) DSB Flux, Bright Noise
2) Eye Candy Gradient Glow
3) Xenofex2, Constellation
4) Xero, Radiance

Let's get started...

1) Open template. Shift d to duplicate. Close original.
2) Delete info, center blue strip and background layers.
3) Open paper 8. Copy and paste as new layer. Send to bottom. Apply Mask. Merge mask group.
4) Select Black Rectangle layer. Select All, Float, Defloat. Open paper 2, copy and paste as new layer. Selections Invert, delete.
5) Select Black Rectangle layer again, Select All, Float, Defloat. Add new raster layer, Selections, Modify, Expand by 4. Flood fill with gradient: Foreground #e9e15c, Background #e65bac, Linear, Angle 45, repeats 4. Select none. Apply DSB Flux, Bright Noise with settings 30, darker. Add drop shadow.
6) Delete original black rectangle layer.
7) Select Orange 1/2 circle layer. Select All, Float, Defloat. Copy paper 3 and paste as new layer. Selection Invert, delete. Select none. Apply Xenofex 2, Constellation with settings: Glimmer, Star Size 7.95; Size Variation 25, Edge Star Density 1, Overall Star Density 8, Overdrive 100, Twinkle amount 64, Twinkle rotation 45, Keep original image checked, Random Seed 9754.
8) Repeat Steps 5 and 6 on Orange 1/2 circle layer.
9) Repeat Step 7 on Left Orange Circle and bottom right blue circle layers.
10) Select Left Blue Circle Layer. Select All, Float, Defloat. Flood fill with our gradient. Select none. Apply our Bright noise and add drop shadow of choice.
11) Repeat step 10 on bottom right orange circle layer.
12) Select Top Blue Square layer. Select All, Float, Defloat. Open paper 4, copy and paste as new layer. Resize by 70%. Selections Invert, delete. Select none.
13) Repeat steps 5-6 on Top Blue Square Layer.
14) Repeat steps 12-13 on Bottom white square layer.
15) Select Grunge layer. Select All, Float, Defloat. Open paper 9. Copy and paste as new layer. Selections Invert, delete. Select none. Apply Bright noise.
16) Delete original grunge layer.
17) Select Stars layer. Apply Eye Candy Gradient Glow with settings: 5, 25, 100, medium, and use our background color #e65bac.
18) Link all the goddess word art layers together so that you can move around and arrange where it fits with your tube.
19) Select Small white circle. Select All, Float, Defloat. Open paper 5. Copy and paste as new layer, resize by 50%. Selections Invert, delete. Select none.
20) Repeat steps 5-6 on small white circle layer.
21) Change blend mode on center black strip to Soft Light.
22) Select Left Orange circle layer. Select All, Float, Defloat. Open close up tube. Copy and paste as new layer (I mirrored mine first and resized by 70%). Selections Invert, delete. Select none. Duplicate. Change blend mode on bottom layer to Hard Light. Change blend mode on top layer to Screen and lower opacity to 61.
23) Delete original Left Orange circle layer.
24) Repeat steps 22-23 on bottom right blue circle layer. (I used my main tube mirrored.)
25) Drag the black strip down to where you want it depending on your tube.
26) Open main tube, copy and paste as new layer. Duplicate. On top layer, apply Xero Radiance. Change blend mode to Screen and lower opacity to 71. Add drop shadow of choice to bottom layer.
27) Open as61. Copy and paste as new layer just above the black strip layer. Resize by 90%. Add drop shadow. Arrange at the right of tag.
28) Open as54. Resize by 50%. Copy and paste as new layer just above the stars layer. Arrange at the top left of our tag. Duplicate a couple more times and arrange how you'd like. I mirrored and flipped one of mine.
29) Open as20. Copy and paste as new layer at the top right of tag. Arrange layer just above our mask layer. Duplicate, Image Mirror, Image Flip.
30) Open as26. Copy and paste as new layer. Resize by 55%. Add drop shadow of choice. Arrange so it covers the bottom of the spring at the bottom right.
31) Resize your tag here if you'd like.
32) Add your copyright info + name and export as .png.
